I have switched it to "lipo" mode under "BATT" on the transmitter.

Am I missing something or this Batt is no good?

TIA
First I would only charge this battery in "Lith-ion mode". "Lipo" mode may over charge it. Are you imputing the battery capacity into your charge? No sure why it is charging at such a low rate.

Not sure why either... After charging is done with Lion mode it only shows 3.746v on the charger.. But if I leave it on Lipo mode.. It shows 4.2v and keeps charging at .4Amps..

What model charger are you using?

And after 5hrs of charging..lol it's finally done, but it's at 3.9v..
May be it's the battery?

The only thing I can think of is maybe you have a bad solder connection to the battery causing issues with the charger. If possible re-solder the leads on the battery.

But wouldn't that cause not to charge at all?

Is it possible to change steering wheel angle on MT-44? Does M12 steering wheel angle adjustment part fit for MT-44?

A bad solder connection that has too much resistance would cause slow charging and or end the charge early. Does you battery get warm near your soldered connections during charging?

First night with the MT44. I swapped 2 of the 3 cars that I was racing from the M12S to the MT44. Its similar enough that I still haven't cracked the book open but at the same time it was complicated compared to the M12S. It took me a full round to get use to it. When I got to my third heat it took me a couple of laps to get use to the M12S again. I honestly didn't think that I'd notice the latency difference but I did. The MT44 is definitely light and compact. It feels pretty good in my chubby hands. Overall I'm borderline disappointed. Its not much of an improvement over the MT4S. Its still an excellent mid level radio but I was hoping I'd like it more. In fact I thought that I would semi retire my M12s and use the MT44 for club racing but I'm not so sure now. If your budget is in the $300 range then its top of its class. The fact that it comes with the 482 RX says a lot. If you don't have a budget then I'd recommend the M12S.

Not warm at all....

But Good news is I've been playing with transmitter for LONG time but voltage hasn't dropped at all... still 3.9V

I set my battery type to "custom" with a low voltage cut-off of 3.00 vdc.

Pass you soon...

ah man. i was hoping this would have similar response to my vanilla m12.. i like my m12 but not enough to replace it with another one. the size and weight of this is attractive as i dont use any of the extra fiddly stuff of the m12. just wanted a fast radio.

im sure this would be awesome for nitro maints though.. i still wonder if id notice the difference with ultra fast servos..

Are you sure that you had the bind type set to FH4T SHR? Did you also use the same receiver and servo combination? The testing I did back in this post showed no difference in latency between the M12S and the MT-44.

It is of course possible that there could be some delay in the transmitter before the data is sent over the RF link, and this could be different between the M12S and MT-44, but I also tried a high speed camera capture of the same receiver and servo connected to an M12S and an MT-44 and found them to offer identical performance according to that approach as well.

As I said @valk, my tests indicate that the MT-44 offers exactly the same performance as the M12S. I haven't tested an M12, but if should be faster than that.

Do you guys think i would like this compared to my current m11x? Is this radio faster than my m11x? I'm not sure if I should get this or pony up for the m12. I assume it has a place for a neck strap?
