New to this remote, any base line setting for indoor 1/10 car?

Takes a long time to get a reply in this forum!?

I've since bought a SRS6000 (AVC) receiver and the TM1500 telemetry module. Just waiting on it to arrive.

The AVC should be a handy feature to have with my modded X-Maxx when it's motoring at 70mph+ off road.
The traxxas TQi variant worked quite well at @50% setting so I'm hoping AVC will be even better as it's a lot more customizable.

AVC works great and yes you can adjust steering and throttle inputs independent for additional control with the DX6R

Sounds good look forward to testing it out.

I’ve been playing around with the ABS tonight (on a wet and slippery road) and it works better than I thought it would, quite a usual feature to have on.

Have to say so far no complaints with the DX6R, love being able to tune it with the screen. Makes things a lot easier!

Also it’s very comfortable in the hand too.

It is a great radio. Very connected feel to the car as well.

Yeah I know what you mean about it feeling 'connected', big improvement over my stock Traxxas unit.

I'm using the SR6000T at the moment (whilst waiting for the SRS6000 to arrive) and it feels a lot more controllable with the DX6R.

With the added AVC the SRS6000 has will make things even easier at high speed which is what I want it for.

When you do the calibration, it is adjusting the 0 points to the pots as they sit right then. So it works for all models.

The monitor screen in your true output of the system. If your neutral shows -17 and -12, it is typically due to either your sub trim or trim being adjusted. that is all.

Yeah, you must have sub trim adjusted on them then. That will move the center point.

NOPE But after playing with the transmitter a little I did find the "area" to re-calibrate throttle, steering and knob. I was successful in doing so now they are 0.

Hi there,

I've just installed my SRS6000 (AVC) receiver and the TM1500 telemetry module.

I bound the two of them together.

I went through the process of setting up everything on the transmitter, selected SRS6000 in the list of receivers (although there is no option for SRS6000 with telemetry).

I completed the setup process but I don't have the telemetry it doesn't appear on the dashboard.

AVC option is there in the settings, but no telemetry.

If set up the SRS6000 receiver as a SR6000T receiver from the set up list then telemetry shows up on the dashboard again but there is no settings option for AVC!

I want to have both telemetry showing up on the dashboard AND have AVC in the settings as that was the whole point of buying the SRS6000 (AVC) receiver and the TM1500 telemetry module.

Does the raceware app need updating or something, I'm running the latest 2.01.01.

Really hoping for a answer ASAP as I need to decide whether or not to keep the SRS6000 and TM1500.

Need some help, just bought a brand new Dx6r. It’s the newer radio with the new race ware. First thing first I can’t get it to turn on. Screen won’t do anything. Figured the battery was dead. So I charged it and when on the charger it reads the battery and the battery level thing on the front of the radio turns orange. Says it’s basiclly charged and I’m holding down the power button like the manual says but nothing powers on. Suggestions?

Tony, sorry to hear you had an issue, sounds like a faulty power button, would love say they are all perfect, but one has to be made at 4:59 on Friday afternoon...

If you contact Horizon support, they will get you fixed up ASAP.
