A MicroSD card is required for software updates or backing up/transferring of model settings between 4PX transmitters.

Don't know if this question has already been asked, so please excuse my ignorance if it has. In the manual it says there is an optional steering wheel angle adapter but does not show a part number for it. Can someone provide that number and has the part been released for sale yet?

Are the glitches with FASST or FHSS receivers?

B16A2 12-21-2014 06:31 PM

most have been reported with T-FHSS

Yes.

This spectacular the 4PX, but would have to come up with a better receiver ... like R614FS

Also include the battery (LiFe) as the Japanese version ... and like his previous: 4PK, 4PKS, and 4PKS-R

Yes.

No? I routinely forget to change models, and never had a problem with receiver binding to the radio in the wrong model.

The issue might be if it's electric, the esc may not have the exact same neutral points.

+1

Maybe if using telemetry RX, you might need to bind the initial time in each respective model so the telemetry ID is set properly for that model. I doubt this matters for the non telemetry RXs. Once bound to TX, they work on any model memory of 4PX.

Where did you get the carbon fiber wrap?

The fasst and sfhss recievers work with any model once they are bound to the radio, but the newer tfhss receivers are bound only to a specific model in the 4px. If you use an older style receiver like the fasst or sfhss then you can use multiple models set up on the same car without rebinding each time you switch.
