What signal are you on, 5.5 or 11? Try different ones to see what happens.

Help please. My radio won't bind and lose connection after 5 meters. It will however bind if I keep the RX just next to it.

From someone that owned a DX4R, this is how you fix this issue... go buy a Sanwa. Seriously!

Please don't say that. That is not the way of fixing things. As much as I want Sanwa I sill wish to fix and keep this as a backup radio.

I'm a complete noob to RC (just getting back into it), but I've done troubleshooting for years so maybe answering these questions will help someone on the forum help you:

1. What framerate are you using?
2. What RX are you using?
3. Do you have a transponder in use as well?

Get the green and yellow NIZN batteries for it. Brings the voltage to 8.0 volts. and they last awhile also. Stay away from the orange ones, cheap.

NiZn batteries are not the way to go. short lifed battery .. after about 6 cycles you will be replacing them..been there done that years ago .and I wont do it again it was a waste of cash.

Looks like you have it apart. YOu are supposed to roll the wheel up or down to make it change screens. You push in to make selections.

Hey guys, I just picked up this Tx today pre owned. It's missing the standard steering spacer and is in the drop down config. Anyone have the standard spacer that they can sell me? They are no longer available online. Thanks.
