The front pag of the website you ordered you batteries from has this posted in the middle of the page. It has been there for 2 months so I know it was there when you ordered your packs.

"We're experiencing a high amount of orders and we're doing our best to process orders the same day but it may take up to 48 hours. "

I also posted on the last page that it may take 48 hours maybe more since he sold darn near every pack that came that was listed on the site in under 3 hours. You will get your pack or packs.

You guys giving Danny and SMC a hard time really need to calm down and look at things from his perspective. First, you have no idea how long he has been in "this" battery business. Him selling packs as he does is something new. Years ago when most of you would not have made it in the hobby (sub c days) he had some of the best matched (hence the name) batteries you could buy. But you couldn't buy them direct. He setup the direct ordering strictly for US, the customers, to pass savings on. He cares about the hobby and about his customers.

The Chinese new year put EVERYONE behind. He is not alone in this waiting for batteries venture. They all come from overseas! The 48 hour thing has been on his site since DAY 1 of offering the packs direct. Nothing has changed.

The bottom line is, if you don't like it, you don't have to order from him. Don't come in here bashing him and the company for something that has no effect on the product he offers.

One last thing to think about.......he is in business to make money, how much do you think he makes if he doesn't even have the batteries to sell to US?

You have obviously never run a retail business. There's a business practice called supply and demand. If the demand is higher than the supply that is not the retailers fault.

Wow guys, all I can say is I have never purchased battries from SMC prior to Monday April1st. I will say my experience with Danny and SMC was excellent!! I have been in contact with Danny by email since the middle of march. Danny told me to join Facebook and sign up for the newsletter, this kept me informed of the April 1st release date and I placed my order for 2 4s lipos and 7 2a packs on Monday confirmed the order on the 2nd and will have them at my door Thursday the 4th! All I can saw is WOW what a great company and I am sure to buy from them again as soon as the 4s race formula packs come in. Thank you Danny and everyone at SMC for doing a fine job.

Danny, I would refund this "customer" and tell them to shop elsewhere. Imagine if (heaven forbid) a battery had an issue. You'd never hear the end of it. You just can't win with people like this.

lol, you guys crack me up. You actually think Danny has any control over whats going on. Do you think the issues with China only relate to batteries. Try to find front A-Arms for the t4.2, lol. AE does not even have an eta on when they will get some. Its really time to get over yourselves. These are RC cars/Toys and companies are doing the best they can. They have no incentive to screw you over. Where is the promatch thread where everyone cries. They also have not had any packs for 6+ weeks. lol, so funny
