Yes .....I read that.....your in the retail business..your cover page with high volume is a way out..of speaking to your customer....how do you run a busines with out a phone number?
Or not returning an email?
So if I have a problem with your product you gonna post it on your home page...WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WHEN WE CAN....
Instead of copy and paste your home page.

For two, I don't work for or represent SMC in any way shape or form.
I like the ideals that Danny stands for, I like that he is honest about batteries and is not putting false #'s on his packs like several "HIGH END" people are.
SMC is a small company with very few employees, there is no way they can process orders as quickly as you would like them to be able to. He posted that on his website to let the consumer know that there order may take a couple of days to process, He didn't have to, he did it because thats the kind of guy he is, he wants to keep his customers informed.
If you were as arrogant in your e-mail as you are being here I wouldn't answer your e-mail either, I am sure he has more important things to do right now like ......well.....maybe packing orders and shipping them.
Why the phone # doesn't work?????? Heck I don't know, like I said, I don't work for him, I just try to help get the word out about these first class batteries.

Jake when I get a little time I am going to redo the first post on this thread and have it like the guy that does the TLR 22sct thread, he is constantly updating the first post with new setups and such. I am going to do it so anything new products wise is on there and also shipment dates and a link to the facebook newsletter.
I hope to have this done some time in the next few days.

I would like some sort of confirmation that my order has been shipped or a status update on the site.
People saying the phone number doesn't work is a worry. Why doesn't it work? I have not tried to email yet. I don't need the packs this week either. I would just like better communication between us, the customers, and SMC employees.

When the order ships assuming you entered a proper email address with your order then you will get a USPS or UPS with tracking info.
540-298-7706 is our phone number and it works fine.
I also do my best to answer emails as promptly as possible.

You can give me your order number and I can you the tracking number. I know some seem to not get the emails from UPS or USPS must be due to spam filtering. We're working on an update for our site to send a email notification once the order ships. For most it seems like they get the UPS and USPS emails but for those who don't we want to make sure they know the order has been shipped.

I haven't been on this site much as I was informed by RCtech that I can't use this site to try and conduct business. To me there is a fine line between conducting business and giving info.
Our Facebook page can be used to get and share info. I use our Facebook page to post new product info and post updates on when shipments are due in. Customers can also sign up to our newsletter off our site as I do post info via newsletter.

+2 Danny is a great guy with awesome customer service! He truly cares about his customers and this hobby, he has gone above and beyond on what most Rc retailers do and he does his best to help and be straight forward with everyone and not just tell people what they want to hear, he tells the the truth and I appreciate that he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. If they sell out so fast there is a reason for that! It's because SMC lipo's are awesome at an amazing price! Seems like ppl are getting upset over nothing that he can control. Just be patient and he will take of you and your needs! He's doing his best to supply everyone with lipo's that are of good quality at a fair price and not willing to sell you inferior products just to meet the super high demand for these lipo's. let the guy do what he does best... Sell amazing lipo's at an awesome price with ever better customer service! Don't bash the for having the integrity for not selling junk just to meet the high demand.
Sorry to see ppl treating you like this Danny, you don't deserve it and I for one will stay with SMC because I know I'm getting what I pay for and so will the other guys who where there before the good word got out and the flood gates opened! You can't please everyone but you have pleased more then enough of use to show what a stand up guy you truly are!!

Hi Danny,
I'm interested in trying a couple of your batteries and have been watching the site as best I can. Unfortunately I'm not able to stay right on top of it to watch for incoming stock. Is there a way to reserve or purchase batteries in advance to ensure getting a couple of batteries?

Its crazy how fast these sold out. I was gonna pick up one. I guess I will be waiting a while for one since people are staying online and watching when they come in stock like crazed Apple iPhone/iPad people on a release day.
I should've bought one when he had them in stock a few months ago. The high demand for SMC's product speaks for itself. People need to understand that the supply shortage isn't SMC's fault nor is it in their control. I am sure the supply shortage is making it hard for SMC to have steady profit so they can continue to offer the RC community this great product. I will be waiting patiently for the next order to come into stock.
