What I ran at AOC(Medium sized track on carpet):

Thunderpower 13.5t with 25deg. can timing:

0-1-5-8-9-3-0

5.8fdr, motor came off around 40-50deg, original software.

I ran 6.4 fdr with X12 motor, +10 deg insert
My Flow set up 0125933. About 30m straight.
Temp about 88-95 deg C.

I thought that it had higher values on a few of the settings compared to 1.4. Nothing that would give you more power or boost because blinky is blnky but less brake and higher initial throttle so your still blinky but get a little more punch. Initial drive or something along those lines.

For me I just need practice, software can't fix that. I am going to turn my 17.5 on engine boost down and see if I can pick up some torque.

Adjusting power profile gives your more punch but you will get wheel spin.. Get the Revtech Killshot with LRP flow it's a killer combo...

with above setup, I tried 6-1-1-2-2-2-0, but car would keep shutting down / resetting about half-way thru the heat.

Thus, I tired 6-1-0-0-NA-NA-0 (no boost or turbo, kinda like blinky but using V4.0 s/w. Unfortunately, the car would stop, after a short break, say 5 secs, the car would go again, almost as if the ESC was resetting itself.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

When it stops, go down and look at the ESC. The lights will show you why the ESC has cut off.

Did we ever get an answer on whether or not it's possible to buy a replacement bottom case? I still can't solder on this ESC without sometimes melting some plastic.

I always call AE and ask for Aldo, he is in charge for any supportquestion regarding the electronics.

I had the same and it were the sensor cable, it were not plugged in fully on the spedo. It looked like but it was not.

OK, you got me there,....I was way over-geared, at least, that's what people are telling me....FDR = 8.0

Customer support thought that I should send it in anyway, even though I was over-geared, thus I sent it in...;(

I think that I jumped the gun on this one...
