New LRP Flow Esc
#1771
Been running the Flow X in my 17.5 TC for a while now, still playing with the settings. A Few questions,
1.The Hidden value menu; Is this something that can be use in Blinky? If so how Do I access it? What are the main benefits?
2. Has anyone put together a 17.5 set up together for Black carpet?
Any help is appreciated.

Damn, wish I woulda read this thread sooner. My flow x is doing the bump the tires thing. If the tires stop smoke comes out of the motor instantly (x20 and orion). So now it looks like I need a special sensor cable and update firmware. I just replaced it with the he xr10. I'm guessing I'm sol on getting it warrantied. I put in a request through lrp America but after reading a few pages back in not getting my hopes up

It won’t “close” as such.
It will cease trading in its current form - ie: as a manufacturer of proprietary electronics, seller of rebadged engines and RTR kits and distribution company.
And then Phoenix as the first and maybe the second (distribution is definitely gone)

[QUOTE]In what is a shock news, LRP have announced the closure of their business effective March 31st. The iconic manufacturer and distributor went into insolvency some time ago but the search for an investor did not had a positive outcome which now results in LRP going out of business soon. According to LRP’s own Jürgen Lautenbach he is planning to go ahead with the LRP brand with new structures in the future.
I regret to inform you that our promising investor process finally did not have a positive outcome, which results in the closure of LRP electronic GmbH on March 31st, 2018. Until then, business operations will continue normally with the existing workforce.[UNQUOTE]
Maybe in the future...Looks like closure to me.

Small issue with my Flow X offroad.
I have installed it into a TC, so bought the new USB bridge and set about installing V5.4 to run in blinky mode.
Installation successful, but unable to do reset, only get a solid blue light and no response from ESC. (reset was attempted a few times )
Reinstalling the original firmware ( V3.1) sees reset and calibration successful, and ESC works fine. Then downloaded a fresh copy of V5.4, also tried V4.7 to test my theory, with same results. Will not work on new firmware, but reinstalling old firmware it works just fine.
