New Flow

Just curious if anybody.knows about a future replacement from LRP. The Flow has been out for a while now. I have a couple, and have ran them the last three years With no issues. Looking to pick up a third.

I think not, but you can search for an ESC that is no longer working ;)

My first question in this very long thread. I may have missed it in previous pages, I tried to browse through all 107 pages, but I could have missed it.
For the different 'firmware', is it just different settings or do they really do something different?
I run both Mod (6.5T) and Stock (13.5T), it will not be practical at all to change fimrware at the track, in that case, which fw should I run?

The available Firmwares are offering different settings and different changes per step. This is to fine tune the speedo to each class.
On the end you can use the mod onroad firmware(4.7) also in stock. The stock firmware (5.4) is more for the boosted stock class and the 1/12 open. For off-road I would always go with the 3.8, the throttle curve is designed to increase the drivability on slippery surfaces.
I hope this helps.

Anyone can recommend me what settings to put for boost timing and boost ramp? I'm using v5.4 and running 13.5t boosted. Thanks.

Just add timing and check motor temps. Don't want to go so high that you burn your motor up. I have a 6.5T and run 10* timing on the esc and 20* of endbell timing. Motor comes out at about 165F.

Mode 1 set up fine
Mode 2 flashes red not yellow and can only be adjusted 2 steps
Mode3 flashes yellow not blue and has 10 steps to adjust instead of 5 steps
Mode4 flashes blue not red and blue
Mode 5 Flashes yellow not blue and yellow
Mode 6 Flashes red and blue not red blue yellow
Mode7 is ok
What's going on with this esc. Do I need to send it in for repair ? I brought second hand new

Hi,
It looks like that esc has an old or beta firmware installed on it.
You should get the LRP bridge 2 to update the FW on the speedo.
Shilling for repair is almost as expensive.

+1 just update the firmware to what you run...stock, mod and etc or
back to default settings.

Has anyone heard of a solution for running updater on Windows 10 or MAC yet? Ive tried the tablet video and troubleshooter and had no luck. Crashes on connect command.

I run it in a virtual machine, using USB passthrough.
