13.5T boosted
large track ( IFmar 2015 1/8 on road championship)
I tried to setup my 13.5T D4 short stack 1s maxzilla, but is too slow.
Which gearing ? And timing ? Esc setup ?

If it's boosted, you might want to try a different rotor. The maxzilla has a high torque rotor. Maybe try the purple mid range one

Hey guys I have a flow works and a comet hd can the same usb link be used on both esc? Also not knowing what version of firmware these esc already have is there any advantage of updating for Blinky racing better brakes / power? Just thought I'd ask the question before buying the link. Cheers

Yes you can use the same version 2 bridge for the Flow and Comet

When you get Error Codes in the Flow Works ESC ... does it stall and steering stops too?

Everytime my buggy(17.5T) lands hard and bottoms out, my buggy stalls. Everything is ON but there is no steering and it doesn't move when I pull the trigger. It moves again when I turn it OFF and ON again via the switch. When it stalls, I am not sure if it's solid yellow or red WITH green blinking. I checked the ESC's and MOTOR temp by holding the MODE button and turning on the switch. ESC Temp is just one green blink and MOTOR Temp is just 4 green blinks.... which is both acceptable according to manual.

Anybody experience this and know how to fix it? I really love this ESC because of how smooth it is.

Please can someone point me in the right direction,
I have a new lrp flow competition, I haven't updated the firmware and I don't plan to spend £40 on the PC adapter,
Can someone put me in the right ball park so I can get close to the correct gearing that I need.
I will be running 13.5 boosted, lrp flow esc, HW motor, 64dp
I need the FDR for a large outdoor asphalt track, also for a tight indoor carpet track.
Just something I can work from so that I don't overheat anything to start with!

It looks like the Orca and dozens of others that are all OEM of the same brand. Wonder if they're all going down that road now?

This has been a long time coming. Happy Ronald got the WC ... Forced everyone's hand to release. Could of happened in 2014..

It has a much closer resemblance to the current Flow than it does to an Orca.

I'd be shocked.

At the worlds the prototype ORCA was abandoned due to inability to cope with the heat (actually heat and heavy breaking)

The LRP won the event (obviously) suggesting different hardware and software.

Does anyone know if LRP sells replacement cases for the Flow Works Team?
