Spektrum

Unfortunately, my Spektrum shut down while I was in the lead of the B-Main at the 18th scale nationals in Connecticut yesterday…
On a brighter note, Andrew Gray from Team Losi was at the race and showed me the new Spektrum system that has a micro receiver that is less than 1/3 the size of the original receiver. He ran it all weekend without it shutting down, so I still have faith that Spektrum will eventually have a reliable system some day.
Hopefully Spektrum will come out with a micro receiver that does not shut down AND works with the original transmitter module, or at least offer those of us who bought the original some type of upgrade deal. With all the problems customers have had with their product, it is not too much to ask of them.

That way it would be alot faster because it wouldn't have to translate the info from the radio.
And, it would all be in one unit.

I am capturing the video right now, I will try to grab a couple more screen shots of it in the car.
Before anybody asks, that is correct, it does not have a setup button on it.

Oh, I didn't figure he would. It was kind of a general question
. The good thing is that it does look like a production piece because of the Spektrum logos on the case. Hopefully there will be more info sometime soon.
Again, thanks for the awesome find!
