dx3s and sr3300t issues
 

Hey all

I have a dx3s and am having issues with 2 diferent sr3300t rxs .

On first rx i cannot get it to bind. i can get it to the flashing light , but when I hit bind on tx nothing light just continues to flash ( have also tried to bind it to a dx2 and same result just continues to flash no bind) tried on esc power and seperate hump pack power also with same results. unit was working fine prior to rebinding it

on second unit it works fine , but it sends the low rx voltage warning to the tx, i have tried mutiple lipos, fresh off charger with full charges and still get the random signals. Everything works fine i get normal run times on car , but the warning is driving me crazy. does it random, on the pit bench just sitting there, running on the track , sitting in pit lane as i climb up the drivers stand


third unit , the antena broke off at case , how bad will it kill range without it , options to replace or fix it ??

dx2s -vs- dx3s
 

I have a dx2s and am looking to get another spectrum for my son, I was thinking of upgrading to a dx3s.

What if any advantage is the 3? is it worth the difference in price?

Depends if you need the 3rd channel - probably not if you not using bit now...

What about the DX3c ? I just got that for my son - I have the DX3s. I think it's same price ( or very similar ) as the DX2

Broke the antenna on my SR3100. Clip on antenna, brilliant. Spektrum you rock

i have a mrx-3000 reciever that will bind to my older m8 transmiter with the older spektrum modual. the antenna wire got cut and the range is pretty limited. my question is can I remove the wire from a donor flysky rx and install it in the mrx-3000 reciever?
I'm pretty sure they have to be a certain length, does anyone know what that length is?
i sure could use the help if anyone knows the answear, thanks in advance

Spektrum wont bind
 

Hi guys im trying to bind my DX3S to my SR3300T receiver and it wont bind the receiver just keeps blinking any ideas what I can do ?

make sure you have the battery/speedcontrol pluged into the receiver correctly. the light will blink but not bind. i was helping someone a couple weeks ago with the same problem. he had the speedo pluged in backwards in the receiver. if still same problem, call horizon an talk to tech.

Works out receiver was no good and was meant to be brand new

DX3R Pro power up issue
 

I have a DX3R Pro (still under warranty) with a power-up issue ... when I turn it on it vibrates continously with nothing showing on the screen. I've tried putting new batteries in it but no change. Wondering if there is some way to reset this thing so I dont have to send it in for warranty work.

Hello,

I'm new to the RC world had a few as a kid. I have a stock Slash 4x4 and their 2.4gh system. I'm looking to upgrade my controller I have heard that spektrum makes a good product. I'm looking at the dx2s, and the dx3cI like the fact that it can store several car memories. I'm not sure what the differences are in the two of them and which will be the best choice for me? Will this be a good improvement and a good controller? If not do you have any other recommendations?
