I charge mine at .70 amps, but if I am in a bit of a hurry. I will bump it up to 1.0 amps. I am afraid what 1.5 amps will do.

I'm not sure i completely understand why you're having trouble but i'll see if i can help.
The rubber insert where the stock nicad pack went obviously has to come out, and place the battery tray in so the batteries are facing OUT.
The lid should fairly easily slide over and close, just watch the battery pack wire just before the lid secures.
i'm not sure that was much help, let me know if you're still having trouble.

reseting model in radio leaves outoput on servo channels
I have a problem with my 3PK, it is an older one, golden in color.
When I do a model reset to reset every setting in the radio,
usually one of the servo channels stays with output
the other day it was channel 2 that had lots of brake applied after the reset.
I can not get this removed from the radio????
inputs?? what can be wrong?
Am I in for a new radio?
Thanks!
/Johnny

Has any one else noticed there's been a change in the trigger on the 3PKS.
I was at a hobby store today and they just got in a new 3PKS. The trigger on it was much tighter than on previous 3PKS. It had almost no gap when your finger was in, and no need for fuel tubing or bending. It was amazing.
Everything else about the radio was the same.
Maybe JonnySocko has more info.
