Novak Kinetic has a reverse profile and I believe the tekin RS/RS Pro esc's do as well.

The problem with forums is that generally the only people you hear from are the ones having trouble. Novak is a great U.S. company with stellar service and support, not to mention excellent products.

Half the guys who complain about Novak don't even realize that the NovaLink is for the Kinetic only. They try to use it on there GTB's and Havocs and for some reason it doesn't work.

Not trying to slam you, just saying take most posts with a grain of salt. Novak will be the first to admit they had some teething issues with the release of the Kinetic, but they have all been remedied. I have a Kinetic and love it. I believe it to be one of, if not the most advanced ESC on the market.

Another brand to consider, IMO, is Viper racing. The VTX-10 and VTX-10R look to be quite promising, but they do not have a PC link set-up yet. They do, however come with a programmer that does other useful functions.

Give Hobbywing a shot, They are a GREAT following with GREAT things to say about them. The Quality is there Regardless what some Tekin,LRP, or Novak Nuthuggers say. They are very smooth have just as many adjustments as the others and a very fair price tag, all with a low return rate as far as defects and such. I ran a XERUN 150a before and LOVED it! They have come a Long way since i ran one and would not hesitate 2 seconds to purchase another!

I would recommend either a Novak kinetic or Castle Mamba Max pro. I currently use both and like both of them. As long as you stay with one of well known brands (Novak, LRP, Tekin, Castle) they all work good with different features and prices ranges. Like it was said before you will find people who like certain brands and others who don't.
