Default Novak havoc 3s, no drag break... spektrum dx3s

Ok I have a novak havoc original in one touring car i have been running this season. I have the drag brake setting high but it never worked. I wrote it off as its and older esc andit just does not work. Well a month ago i bought a new touring car and im running havoc 3s with ballistic motor. I just put this car on the track today for the first time and i tried to put in some drag brake but it still does not work. I have set the radio to the esc, throttle trim is at 0 so is the sub trim...

Any suggestions, thanx in advance!!!

Did you check tour speedo manual?
I have a Havock sport and I am able to adjust my drag brake from 1 to 10
and it works flawlessly!
