the manual hasn't been updated since 2013

found some posts on this thread about the 4 poles working with some of their other esc's..but I'm only interested in the reventon pro 1.1 ex... any input will be welcomed

The fan on my Pro 1.1 disintegrated over the winter and I ordered a replacement in preparation for the outdoor season. The first one that Speed Power sent didn't work. I tried it on one of my Reventon R's and even moved the fan from the R over to the Pro to see if it was an issue with the ESC. That fan worked fine on the Pro. They sent me a replacement and that one doesn't work either. Am I missing something? Do these things have some sort of thermal monitoring where they only kick in when they get hot?

I'll be building a 4wd buggy this weekend with the Revention Pro 1.1 in it. I'm undecided on if I'll be running a 7.5 or 5.5 motor. I'm just looking for a good starting point on settings for 4wd.

ive tried reading through this to find the correct response but got overwhelmed.

Can someone answer will the Revention R handle the V3 5.5 or should i sell it a purchase something a little higher turn from speed passion

The manual from Speed Passion's website says 5.5T with no turbo or 7.5T with turbo.

Thanks yeah i read the description just don't know how accurate that is for off road

I run a 7.5T in my Kyosho ZX6 with a SP Rev R without any problems.

Hey, I'm trying to use my reventon pro 1.1 in 13.5 wheeler class..this class requires the speedo to be in blinky mode..for that do I just need to program the ESC To 0 degrees in the Dynamic multi timing system? When I tried doing that the speedo doesn't 'blink' like it should in blinky mode..

You will need to load STOCK0 firmware into ESC for blinky.

Can I plug it into a Mac? Or will it only work with pcs?

Got a question and i dont feel like reading through the entire thread in an attempt to find the answer.

I have a passion non sensored 1800kv i run in my ebuggy. 4s 5300. 18 pinion. Im new to the ebuggy game so im wondering what temperature is to hot. I did some test runs and it got up to 135. It ran perfectly fine. Is that to hot? This will be a racing application.

I was changing the firmware on a Reventon Pro over the weekend and the PC gave an error message now the ESC won't work. Just orange light flashes.

Email to SP gets bounced back and tried to register but can't get past first screen - just says username invalid.

Anyone had any luck un-bricking one of these things?
