I am still having issue with this... I did recalibrate the esc to rx like suggested and that didnt make a difference. I did change the setting to FWD/REV and the reverse does work but I have NO brakes. When I set it to Fwd/Brk/Rev is when the brake works but no reverse. Is this just how it is or am I missing the obvious? sorry I am rusty!

Have you tried updating the firmware or just reloading it from your computer? There was a guy at my track that his esc had full drag brake but the box said it was at 0 . He reloaded the firmware and it fixed his problem. Try that.

I brought a new 7.5T v3, when try to run it the esc (LRP) shows sensor fault, if I slowly rotate the shaft by hand the fault clears for 5 magnetic 'clicks' then every 6th click of rotation the sensor connection fault light on the esc reappears, I also have a new 8.5T v3 which works fine, will this be as simple and replacing the sensor unit ( which is cheap, Or am I wasting my time and should just bin it )

To close this out: I cut it and it solved the shut down issue with my Trinity D4.

Ahhhh crap. I just looked back on all those incompatibility threads, to make sure the new motor, a Fantom Ion5, would not have an issue with the internal temp sensor on the board. Running a SP 1.1 Pro. Everything pointed to Trinity motors being fine. Seeing as the Fantom is a re-worked D4, I am wondering if i will experience this too.
Samurai - did the issue crop up right away? If so, I guess it will be easier to address.

Is there any set up sheets that cover the 2wd sct for the Revention Pro? I did find some from 2011 but they were all the GT2.0 version. I did use them as a guide to start off but would like to see if there are any variations with the new software. thanks

Generally I suggest going to your local hobby store or track. If you do not have one nearby or don't really visit a track that sells Speed Passion visit WWW.SPEEDPOWERRC.COM. You can always ask your track to contact Speed Passion to setup an account too

trying to get this to work again.
it worked perfectly first time and was able to connect no problem, update firmware and settings.
since then, it refuses to connect to the ESC - and therefore can't read the ESC or do anything else.
further, it cannot upgrade firmware - it will start the process, but then show the 0%-100% tatus bar, but never make progress.
I've reset whatever settings can be reset on the module. I've tried with or without the RX connected. I've reset neutral point.
I really want this to work to help dial in the best motor timing I can and so that I can practice with reverse and go back to blinky for racing.
Everything updates fine with a computer and the programming box.
Reventon Pro, Pro 1.1 and S. None of them are working with the BLuetooth anymore.
All firmware on the app have been updated.
Thanks
