I believe rotation can be adjusted with either the PC or the Wi-Fi cards available for the Reventon series. The LED box cannot reverse motor rotation.

Alright so I went racing last night... I used the speed passion v3 mmm 17.5t in my b4.1 with a tekin rs esc... I ran in the novice class... So end result wasn't to happy. Loll not the motor or esc but me inexperienced rookie learning Lolll. My fastest lap time was 23 sec and the TQ time was 20...

But my first qualifier I was running in first place then esc got loose and the esc switch kept turning off, second qualifier dogbone popped out due to broken o ring... Then A main came in 7th due to bad driving by me fastest lap was 26sec in the main :( Shake my head... But the power felt good but I wasn't being able to clear the triples while I noticed the stock buggy guys clearing it with ease.

I had no turbo, 45* boost and 25t/78t and can got to maybe 65-70*C... I'm wondering if it's the boost and gearing I had wrong to not clear the triples? Or the lines I was taking? Idk but I will be switching to the 2wd mod buggy class and stock sc class after I get a podium in the novice! But all in all I had an amazing time at trcr and had nothing but smiles the whole night!! Racing and competing is just so much fun!! :)

So Novice class is open ESC? If so I would still run a 17.5 in "blinky" mode. Then take that triple as a double - single. It's a higher percentage method and still fast.

You can also ask what other guys are running with their Tekin settings. It's hard to really give direct input on that.

The novice class is open motor and open esc... No restrictions... I want to run the novice class with the same settings I would run in the mod class just so I can see where I stand up to those racers time wise... The stock guys were still running 17-18sec times and all of us novice were 20sec and above... I know a lot is driving skill and practice, but I was just baffled why these stock buggy guys blinky were clearing the triple and I couldn with boost on. :(

But yea I ended up doing the double into the single the whole night cus I just kept coming up a little short and always nose hit into the lip of the triple.

Could be a number of things...gearing, shock "pack", suspension, etc. Chat wtih some of the guys that are clearing it to see what kind of final drive they are running. With you running boost it becomes a little tricky.

I'd still run in blinky mode none the less.

I hear ya. Thanks so much for the advice... Ill try running blinky with like 33/69 gearing or something but, i am swapping the 17.5t from the b4.1 into my sc and running a 8.5t in my b4.1. After xmas of course :) The only 2wd sc racing we have is stock soooooo.... :confused:

Also if you are running our MMM 17.5 with "Blinky mode" using the red timing board. Move that board to the far right. That is the most popular setting for many drivers.

Maybe on a really large track some might go to a green board for more timing, but most of what I have seen and used myself is red - full right.

I already tried the pc. Any other ideas of a solution for reversing the motor rotation while running sensored?

well i know with planes if the motor was spinning backwards, it meant you had to switch the two outside wires from motor to esc (flip the wire connection)

What car?

Proline pro 2 setup for mid motor.

You can't just flip the ABC wires on a sensored setup.
