profile 1, 80% punch, 95% brake and then turn it down in the radio with end points. 16k freq on the throttle linear throttle. 19/48 on a tekin 2050 on a d812 tekno v4. A61 I believe was the software version.

I run it with a 7.5 in my DEX 410 and it works great. :nod:

I fried a VTX10 with a 6.5 in my DEX. I'd go with the R version.

Maybe the 6.5 is too much for the setup then. My VTX 10 with a 7.5 after a 10 min main temped at 134. I am geared 22/87. I am running in blinky mode also. Do you guys have plenty of vents cut in the body?

Doesn't blinky actually generate more heat? Meant for stock motors, so delivers as much current as possible as quickly as possible?

Now I do. I even had a fan with the VTX10. I bought a Trakpower ESC to replace the VTX10. What a mistake way too many thermal issues. Should have gotten the R instead.

Running the Viper VTX10 and Viper 17.5.... I'm wondering how I can change this: When I pull the trigger there is about a 3-5 second lag where it spins slow the goes full tort. How do I change that intial punch??? Or do I have another problem.

List your electronics first and then each setting for your ESC and then we can try to help

This is nothing official, but I'm going to venture a guess and say not until next year. Simply because we are focusing on getting the 8th scale and 4pole SCT motors out there.
