Viper escs
Hi
Looking at getting a pair of these to go into my buggies in the uk we race mod over here 6.5 max 2wd and 5.5 in 4wd will be my choice would it be better to get the v10r with no motor limit or get the v10 for the 2wd as it goes to 6.5 but i do like to have the higher ones just in case one goes up and i can swap them around. It works out to be £30 more for the unlimited one, Pros and cons had a tekin and a sp before so i assume they are simmilar to adjust via the box,looked at the site is it possible to update firmware on them,cant see any info on that. Thanks |
I need a quick question on my viper esc is not working properly it's dead when I turn the power on at goes into a mode where only my server works and I don't get throttle ford a reverse and when I look up stuff for the card to try to adjust my you see you won't link

did you change the sensor cable?

no i didn't change the senser wire ..days over im upset that i couldn't run today.
this esc is not on my good side right now, vtx10r in my dex410 the lay out is so tight i cant even change my senser wire unless i unsoderd the motor wires |
Anyone have a ESC setup thats good for 10.5 and 13.5 2wd buggy for a losi 22?

Seriously, I have one pre-production Vtrax-10 and one newer VTX-10. Run em both in stock race mode for almost a year now with no issues. On a different note.........I let someone borrow my new one for SC Nats. He (much to my dismay) updated the firmware on it........now I have no blinky in stock mode.........:weird: |

I would like to thank Dan Griffin and Paul Sinclair, both Viper drivers, for their help at CRCRC. I was having technical issues and they both spend a lot of their time helping me sort it out. I only had 1 lap of qualifying all day but with a final adjustment by Paul was able to run the main without issue.

Is that copperhead esc sensored?? Or will u guys release a different one when ur sensored 4 pole moters come out

Anyone have any insight on to what his issue may be? All the solder joints are really clean, the car was working just fine, no cogging, or heat issues. The power on his esc motor combo (Viper 13.5T) has always been smooth and linear.
