I got something for ya as long as the fedex from Italy gets here in time. Suppose to be here thrus but you know how that goes.

And how do you rig the points? They barely just posted them.

[QUOTE=Dlewis4;8586118]The ProGauge will come with every speedo sold. It will also be available seperatly, and yes, they will offer package motor/esc combos. QUOTE]

Dlewis4 you were correct!!

ProGauge is a standard equipment in every Vtrax ESC. We will launch Vtrax10/10R soon. The Vtrax Combo will be available as soon as Vtrax10/10R supply is stabilized.

I know, I was looking for more of just an announcement or something, rather then the esc's actually becoming available. 'Shortly,' 'in a bit,' 'soon,' mean different things to different people. March 1st or some date, doesn't.

Cool on the ProGauge, guess I've got some motors to order in the interim.

My 13.5 is pretty awesome. The only thing unwound recommend is adding the HT rotor. They run cool an very fast

Tell ya what, I just started running the Viper products, and though I don't have a VTrax esc as of yet, I did recently race some indoor dirt this weekend running a 17.5 Viper VST motor, and needless to say I just about TQ'd the "Open" Arena Truck class running a stock motor. Was .08 sec off of the TQ from the local track hero who was running a 6.5 motor.

The 17.5 had plenty of torque to pull the gearing to keep up with the mod motor guys.

I'm impressed so far!

I'm sure on a outdoor track with longer strait-aways it would be a different story, and I probably had some good luck in my qualifiers, but I had no problem running the pace with a 17.5

I was running a Tekin with boosted settings. I will attach the setup sheet on to this post.

People shouldn't be so surprised. These motors have soooo much junk in the trunk (I.e. Bottom end) that they can run bigger pinions and keep up with the mod guys. All I run is boosted 17.5 and 13.5 in a 4wd buggy. No need for anything more!
