They have combos, but do not have the ESC by itself. Since this is a 4x4, I didn't really need the 540 can motor. That said, I REALLY want to have my truck better sorted by this weekend and this ESC is part of it, so I ordered an 8.5 combo with progauge. Hopefully since it's a bigger race this weekend, I can sell the 8.5 motor while I'm there. Looking forward to trying this out.

Hahaha, looks like AMain received their VTX10R ESCs by themselves today (I asked this morning and their CS rep said they couldn't be sure when they'd get them). Oh well, I already found someone who wants the 8.5T motor, just glad I found a resolution.

Well, I ran the viper 4.5 550 and the 10R speedo this weekend at JBRL and definately had the smoothest most powerful truck there. A lot of people asked me what I was running too. I ended up second due to a mishap with my car striking a pipe, lol. Oh well, it was a lot of fun though.

That must be a Nationwide problem.....Cause here in Florida the pipes do the same exact thing. They just jump out of nowhere. :ha::ha:

I hope the 550's come out soon....

Saw the new 1/8 motor line this weekend at Trackside. Motors looked really nice, can't wait to try them out.

I had a chance again to run my viper 8th test motor. All was good. I also will be testing 2 new rotor designs very soon. Murcue P got to see it live.

Anyone running a Savox 1257TG with their VTX?

Any glitching issues?

I know all about having to use a cap with spektrum and most other ESCs.
Just wondering about the VTX before I swap stuff around.

I run a 1257 with mine , haven't had any issues

That's what I ran with mine and it worked perfect. I have it all for sale right now as well. Motor, esc, pro-gauge, and 1257tg.
