Not only does Viper make motors for cars, they also make some bad ass heli motors. Weylin is a gangster with a Heli.

I just installed and ran my Viper setup for the first time last night. I love it. I'm running it in a Losi 22, with default profile 3, 28pinion, 76 spur. Power delivery, acceleration, and throttle are very smooth, with plenty of punch.

I spent 3 days playing with the Tekin and couldn't get it as smooth as the Viper. I'm very pleased.

Curious, is there going to be a VTX10/VTX10R 540 combo w/o the Pro-gauge available at sometime? How about a VTX10R/550 combo at some point?

All complete motor/esc combos will always come with a ProGauge. A VTX10R/VST-XL combo is an option for the future but I wouldn't hold your breath, it would still be a ways out.

OK, that will help a lot with my decision.

Gearing suggestion for a TQ sx10sc with the VTX10 and 13.5 and how "boost" and "turbo" with any suggestion should I run.

22-24/81 (assuming average size track) and start with the pre-set profile #3

If your using TQ spur gears, use the 80 from the buggy. I agree with the pinion range Weylin listed to start with.
