If required DLL files is not contained in your PC, this error may occur.
Please download runtime from the following page and install in his PC. Probably a problem will be solved.

Hi just wondering how does the Protrak compare to the Spintec ICC?
edit i been reading this thread, is it right that the protrack charges the whole pack (i.e a normal serial charger) and ONLY monitors each cell. so its not an ICC?

In peak detect it stops charge @ whatever millivolts the user has set for the pack and in temp detect it stops @ the 1st cell to reach whatever temp cut-off the user has set. But all the other chargers out there on the market do the same.
In discharge mode with the remote leads on the cells it will stop the discharge for the 1st cell to reach 0.5v nomatter what cut-off voltage is selected. The ICC is able to carry on it's discharge till all cells are empty.
1st pic is 3700's on Pro-Trak.
2nd pic is same pic finished off on the ICC.

I tried to use the TrakPower V balance module with my ProTrak but received an error message when I tried to charge.
Has anyone else had a similar problem and is there a way round it or will I need a different charger?
The ProTrak charges fine without the V Balance module in line

I'll try my V Balance on my Pro-Trak / LiPo cells and see if I get the same message

1. The lifetime of the charge FET will be shorter than at 12A
2. The 20A version of PRO-TRAK has poor heat sink cooling capability. So you may need external fan cooling
3. When PRO-TRAK is shipped, it is adjusted for 12A charge current. Even if Software allows charging current up to 15A, the current may not actually increase up to 15A. In that case, it is necessary to readjust PRO-TRAK

I have to hook it up to see how far it's been upgraded...
