No wonder the motor is running hot. Go up to 5.5 and temp again. I was running a FDR of 7.5 on a tech track with a straight of 50 meters. Motor temp was 71 degrees celcius after 7 minutes. regards Roy |
To make it clear for me and yourself, it was the motor that was getting hot and not the ESC??

Hey guys, can you run v3 with out capacitor on as I had a issue and smoke came out of capacitor,so took it off and the esc works find, I have a capacitors upgrade kit here, which has 4 cap head on it, will this be ok to used? They have on 93A1 471 16
Need to know ASAP as I have to race tomorrow |

V3 Question
Hi people
When I connect my V3 to the digital program box and turn it on it comes up with V1.11_120331_V3 is this the current version/software for my V3 ?? If not what is the new one and how do I get it and install it Many Thanks |
hello all
Today I paired my new hobbywing motor 4000 Kv (the 4.5T sensorles). I also connected the cable to the sensor but my program box 2 in 1 does not find the option to enable or disable the sensor. I wanted to know if i could only do via PC, I have no way of being able to connect to the computer and test now. Thanks for the replies. (The ESC is always 150A) |

CRC should be "Hobbywing North America distributor" (and not USA only) FalconSekido and Schuur Speed should be "Hobbywing USA distributors" only (and not North America) |

for x12 10.5T and xerun v3 120 a? I always ride zero timing no boost but want to try. |

ROAR currently has V1.1_120511_beta as the approved version of the V3 software which is not the current version .. are there plans to get the current version approved ... (IIC is the first week of October) |
