the 1224 software should not be used with HW, SP or Due motors. What motors should uses 1224 novak?

The 1224 worked great with my Novak in sedan but 1224 with a duo in 1/12th stock could not get the motor warm and the speed up.

Thanks

Tom

weird because 1224 worked great with my Duo3 in Touring Car and was nice and cold but quick

What's new in 105 software? The mod one.

and actually, everyone else's conundrum as well ... :)

looking forward to the next time I will be down at the track for further runs with the speedo  there was just not enough time the last time round ...

Thanks for the new PDF, I think it makes a lot more sense now and answers most of the questions (although for some reason I had to install Chinese fonts to make it work, even though it's all in English).

Enjoy your study.
Strength/stiffness?
I always just replace what's broken, and only study my bank account. :D

Maybe a idea to start with the same settings, but then without turbo..
Just put the "old" turbo degrees extra by boost and make the rpm range fit perfect for the track...That is what i`m going to do outside.
(and offcourse a late turbo 0,5s, that only works on the straight, ala Hara.....for the mach outdoors, on really high rpm the motor cann handle more timing..)

It starts with stifness, from there displacement is calculated and stresses,
will see how it ends.....lol

TY

just install the chinese fonts and it will work fine ...

btw the document is all in english, but i suspect characters like ( ) / are not in english ... i think ... found that out when I was resizing the fonts in the earlier document and found out that they were just characters and not recognised by word ... a bit of re-typing and managed to sort out the document just so that the large table in between do not appear in between pages, when the document is printed out, sorry am a bit of a OCD

could be a silly question, but doesnt the amount of adjustability in 1224 make 110108 a little redundant? or are the changes a little more sinister and for a reason? As surely you could just set 1224 to limit at 30 degrees by working out the actual total?

Btw the document does confirm some points to how this differs to the old 518.

Aka More timing/boost and a controllable turbo curve :)

Got it sorted .. the problem was that Adobe wwas telling me the chinese fonts were an 'unavailable resource' .... had to get the latest acrobat update then install the fonts!

I'm so confused :confused::confused::confused:

I Have two questions:
1)What motors should uses 1224 ?
2) On 110108 ,on the table with the recommended settings for 1/10 on-road
with 11.5T motor #13 boost start RPM is set to 2000.On 1224 for 11.5T motor #13 boost start RPM is set to 7000.
2000RPM on #13 for a 11.5T is correct?

Hi, can i use soft 110108_STOCK for my sensorless 13T motor?
I am afraid if this soft only for sensored motor.
Thank you.
