If I have two radios and a dozen cars is it possible to bind all the Rx to both radios? Not to try and drive the same car with both radios at the same time but let's say I have a friend who wants to drive truck A while I drive truck B. What would be the best way to configure the radio and receiver?
I got my second radio and decided to just try the easiest solution. I copied all my models to the SD card, downloaded all the files to my laptop and loaded them up on the new radio. Set one radio to one car and one radio to a second car and everything appears to be working fine. |

Is this with model match?

Not sure if anyone knows what frequency this Associated reciever uses but I'm trying to bind it to a 4-1 setup with little success

The XP120 and the XP130 come with this receiver. There was discussion of Team Associated in the github and one of the radios in question was the XP120, but I don't think it got anywhere.
https://github.com/pascallanger/DIY-...ule/issues/943 OK thanks, looks like it's not a popular or supported protocol. I have a spare Dumbo receiver I can chuck in it instead. |
Oh I see what model.match does, that's a really good idea I think that will make using two radios even easier.

Had this radio for a week now, really like the nice premium feel and large size (big mits).
Just finding it so overly complex. Watched a few videos, have it bound to my nitro buggies and touting car but it's just tedious to adjust little things like end points and subtrims. I have a Taranis heli radio and it's great but they've made Mt12 too complex for average users. Is there any simplified firmwares out there? I don't need 20 channels and mixing options for buggy and touring car racing. My Taranis had a custom firmware that greatly simplified the programming and removed lots of the confusing and useless features. Have a Dumbo 350 and I prefer that radio ten fold over the Radiomaster at this stage, the radio is just user friendly where the Radiomaster is not. |
Anyone got a link to a disassembly guide or video? Haven't found one on Google yet.

I had saved a video that someone had previously uploaded. I hope this is helpful.

Have all 20+ cars switched over from the nb4 pro, MT12 is feeling good enough to hold it's own in open and int classes, I was switching back and forth 'testing ' all year. Latency down to the limits of pulse width on part with nb4 pro , 10px and m17 and possibly more connected mid corner maybe higher baud then they run. Not a single radio issue at an event with 250+ entries this weekend. I really hope the surface development continues and we see a high end model just for factory ergonomics. |
that would probably work perfect for me but the link is just a blank page when i click it.

Sorry, I've fixed the link, so please try again.

Thanks! Link working and looks like a very straightforward process. Good to know about that screw behind the screen that could be hard to see.
