I am facing some problems with my diff. The diff rings slips pretty badly even with silicone oil to hold it down. Is there any method to solve this?

There are couple of ways to stop the diff rings from slipping, either glue them, but doesn't last to long so you have to recheck them, or pin them. Pinning is the best if you don't have the D-ring type axles and hubs.

I'm kinda new at this, i suppose i drill a small hole in the ring and hub and pass something thru them to hold them?

I was looking through the manuals and then checking against product images on the site and i swear all they did was take the picture from a slightly different angle. is there any difference between the 12th front end and the 10th front end other than crossmember brace and spacers? axle maybe?

Same front end exepct for the brace as you mentioned and the default ride-height spacer setup. Axle/steering block is the same but some kits come with inline axles, some have offset ones.

Wow, is that awesome...

For the SoCal guys - I've been hoping this would happen for years - the ALMS is coming to the Long Beach Grand Prix in 2007. Maybe we could have a get-together at the race?

Can you believe it !! All 68 bodies sold before I could buy any. Guess this shows that 1/10 pan is coming back strong.
Any new wide (not190 mm) chassis out there? My 10L is a little used up (LOL).

I'm looking for new unassembled kits (LOL) or unused chassis parts.
I'm very anal about building my cars. Just ask my friends, wait I don't have any friends...... Thanks for the offer.

ammo,

Something else we've done in the past to hold rings.

Using a pretty fine piece of sand paper w/ sticky back. Cut them and stick them to the back sides of the rings. The grit on the sandpaper keeps the rings from moving when the diff is tight

Hey Guys ....... I have decided to keep just one 1/10 pan car to run in the future. Mainly because I found a stash of Corally C10X parts and purchased most of them.

SO ........ I have 5 - 7 cars hitting e-bay this weekend along with shock/spring box, axle box with spares and many mounted tires including rubber caps. I may even dip into the NOS Lexan Bodies. To that end, as I was able to get what I needed for the C10X from here. Let me know in a PM what you might be looking for. I have NASCAR 235 and Super Speedway and a few 235 older onroad bodies. Sorry I'm Keeping the Pew-Joe, but would consider trades for the older stuff with additional Pew-Jpe bodies!!

This inlcudes 10L's, Trinity Oval, Bolink Enduro w/spare battery trays NEW, and maybe a TRC Pro10.
