This is look like prototypes we used to make in 80's. It was easier to make machined case, to check porting work, but since casting technology went forward, now it doesn't make sence to go for machined case. Still some kids back in Russia do this way, but only on the beggining.
When do you expect your engines to hit the market?

I see that the carb is offset.
Have you tried mounting this engine in a 710?
Do you know if there will be clearance issues?

It should fit no problems. We will have fitted it to most cars before the first batch becomes available. If we find it necessary we will supply mounting blocks to suit the particular car.

I believe the engine has been checked to fit the 705. If I am not mistaken the tank is located in the same position on the 710.

The 710 engine sits a little lower.
I'm currently using a Sirio engine.
The set screw that holds the ball for the slide hits the tank mount.
It's not that big of a deal.
You just have to rotate the ball until it clears.

I'll find out in a few days how it fits in a 710. It looked ok at the Winternats, but didn't actually bolt one in.

So how did these things run at the Winternats. I heard that they were lacking on the top end. Anybody?

I redesign head bottons, so there was no lacking of top speed anymore, let's ask Stefan he was running one, I am sure a lot of people was watching them too beside us.

Go down (or up) a couple of posts and you'll see my impressions of the engine.

I ordered one today!

OK good to know. Perhaps interested in a BRB piston/liner set for a JP RS12 S1. Perhaps you could PM me with availability and/or pricing?
