Paris turbo ring
I fitted a paris turbo ring pipe to my NSR 5 port today and went like a pig.
Does this pipe have too much back pressure ??? Engine coughed and spluttered no matter what carb settings. Whats up????? |

There are 25,400 microns in one inch. This dot (.) is approximately 1/64 of an inch wide and equals 615 microns. It doesn't take much to off set a needle setting. Novarossi (General Base Carb Settings) Low Speed: 3.25 turns out High Speed: 4.75 turns out Mid-Range: Flush with the carb body AFM |

Re: need advice
Why not buy a new piston, sleeve and conrod and run the engine as it is until it gives up,then replace with the new parts and put on another 50 plus hours.
