Default Good Stuff

the motor is great. no problems to report. it is a lil soft coming out of corner, but the way it rev's, the mid-range to top is sick. I must admit though, I am running a Murnan Mod Ninja.

With the a spec they revised/refined the coating, hardening and materials list. Supposedly no change in performance, just an increased reliability.

I've had 2 MR r-01 21. The first the block leaks and it's got a high diet of plugs and bearing. The second is an absolute dream to tune, has plenty of power, and is a top motor. Just go figure.

I wonder if your the only one? The tcs ring,(plastic ring around the carb neck) is it cracked?

If your referring to No.1 engine MugenDrew. Your assumpation is correct. Yes the TCS ring is cracked. I've had guys with decades of experience have a look at it and the bottom line is it leaks around the block near where the burn room goes. So be it then. I'm not that worried about it. No. 2 engine so far it's as good and reliable as any Nova I've had.

If your referring to the A spec; On the head printing there will be an A at the end MR21-01A, same on the label that's visible through the box.
