theirs no way these .12s at the worlds are stock. my mate is up there and said these engines are running lean as.. they come in to the pits revving like the sound of bees and hardly any smoke is cominmg out of them going down the straights.
Then just as their 10 min heat is over they die from no fuel

And regarding the .12... not bad at all for a engine who carries 10 months late from their original schedule, but kudos for Mario Rossi and the Gandini Bros for their first WC with the Ninja.

Congrats to the Ninja guys on the WC, As far as everyone whinging that these engines are 10 months late, take a chill pill, i was at the worlds and the engines yes were fast but they also had some small niggiling problems. So let me ask you if they had released the engine 10 months ago and the engine had these problems EVERYONE would have said they were crap, dont buy one and the like. Be thankful they are the sort of people who take the time to sort the problems cause when they are released at THE END OF OCTOBER EARLY NOVEMBER they will be rocketships. I spoke to Mike S and Simon Camalleri at the worlds and both are very satisfied with the speed but both said the same thing about the niggiling issue. I also spoke the one of hte Gandini brothers and from his mouth Not 2nd hand he said they will be ready for shipping at the end of october early november! So guys sit tight cause then it will be party time.

Oh and just one more thing there was only 1 person who was running short on run time with these engines and that was because after getting the car re-teched he found that he was way under the limit, so after fixing this problem run time was back to 5:15 once again.
And in regards to them being very lean that is not the case as they all had plenty of smoke coming out of them. When they were coming back into the pits yes they were hanging the rpm up and this is the issue they have to fix, but they know what the problem is and how to fix it so have no fear.
