Thats what I was thinking... Cause I need a starter box to so itd work out... Another noob question.. Would I need a new clutch and clutch bell with the motor? Or would the ones off my ofna motor fit it and work fine to get going? Also exhaust I know id need a better one but would the stock ofna one do its job for now?

usually you can just take them off the motor your running now and put them on the new one, including the screw/washer that holds it on. thats also only if the motor is a .21 as well. the ofna pipe will work, it you just wont get the true performance of the engine. a 2013 or 2058 is what you want.Werks motors use 2 springs to attach the exhaust as well. some motors use only one spring wrapped around the motor.

Tip: less expensive is not usually better as you will be replacing the "lesser expensive" items more often

P5xlt , 2096ss/41021 and werks super light clutch , last a looong time

If you can afford the extra money for the P5XLT, definitely get it. I run it and its the best engine for the price, but if you're stuck on 150, the Werks B2, you can try your clutch on the new engine, usually clutches are pretty universal, bur if it doesn't fit, you can pick up a good clutch for $50, Ascendancy clutch, Werks clutch, etc.

Any of the higher-end engines will all be very capable. Don't get too caught up on brands. A $240 engine can be just as capable as a $320 or $400 engine.

The 3-port Novarossi motors are great for beginners. Idle all day long and hold a tune for days. Just my $.02
