Just be aware -

Some of the earlier GX Series motors came with three shims installed.

1 x alloy .3mm and 2 x copper .1 mm fitted (plus the extra .2mm run-in shim in the box packaged seperatly).

The more recent batches of GX Series and all the new GXII´s come as inferno has described -

1 x .3mm alloy shim and 1 x .2mm copper shim. The GXII´s do not come with a run in shim supplied.

I'm headed off to race. But when I get back I will scan the manual and send it to you.

UPDATE: Boonzie, you have a PM

well this gxII H.O. is making my grin get bigger and bigger every tank.....last night I was starting to see more of the power this little motor has in it....and the mileage....was comfortable comming in at 8:15 durring the main and problly could have gotten another min. or so using a 7mm insert...had TONS of bottom end, but the little bit of metal pinch was still holding the top end back a bit.....figure another half gallon or so and the nutz should drop completely.....can't thank MOTO enough for this motor....extremely easy to tune and holds a tune with the best on the market!!!!

It doesn't look like Alan likes being beaten by you Craig judging by that photo

he shouldn't be unhappy, 2nd and TQ is worth more points than the win Als not a big fan of how sticky the track is this time of the year...to many traction roll in the first part of the race....yet he was on fire in qualifying and only 1 second off an 11 lap heat.
to do 11 on our track you have to have an average lap time of under 42 seconds and thats better than most drivers fastest ever lap.

You were getting good runtime on the GXII sunday with only a few litres, the new truggy must be very efficent, light and free running... i was running the older model 5R and pitting at 7.30
It must be hard racing down there with less numbers, I only found a fueler with a minute and a half till the start good on Phart for helping me out.

Glad your liking the GXII G-Man. Only 2 litres, wow. Wait until you have around 6 - 7 litres on it, you will really like it then

Hey, nice pic Craig. Phew!! Not often I get to stand on the podium with such elite company as you two - arguably the top buggy driver in the country and yourself the national truggy champion. Even being a few laps down to you guys it was still a buzz to get the podium. Think I´ll put that one down to the smooth power of the GXII and the reliability of the 808 11 Spec
Nice line up of GXII´s and custom GRNZ GXII team driver caps in the pic too
