Go Engine USA 2011 Thread

Round #1 and Round #2 of CRC's Sunday Series was run on 6/5. Round #1 was to complete a rained out event. Traction is always good at CRC and lap times are fast. Tires of choice are the VP Pro Turbo Trax in Ultra Flexx compound which were dialed. Always using VP Pro wheels. Using my standard CRC set up the car felt dialed. Jumping right to the main for round #1 I was sitting 4th. The car felt great throughout the main and finished 3rd.
Round #2 came around later in the day. Running the same set-up and tires I finished 3rd and 4th in the qualifiers. That put me 3rd overall. Again the car felt great and was running consistent. No issues throughout the race. I finished 4th. The GO GX-5R Engine had tons of power and top end on the straight. Fuel mileage was easily 8 minutes with more to come. Running temps were low all weekend using S&W Fuel Trophy Blend 30%. Tire wear was almost non existent.
It was a great day for Caster Racing USA, GO Engines USA, S&W Fuels, and VP Pro tires.
