Hey Grizz- have you tried ceramics in your GXIIs yet? Also, are those US or AUS gallons? (haha) I just dropped in some on my personal motors, and will be trying them out at diff tracks on the west coast this week... when I'm out there for the ROAR offroad nats. Looking forward to meeting up with the Go racers out there.

Trey did you get my email about the carb?

Ruune 05-30-2011 08:27 AM

yes- how long ago was the carb sent back to you? I talked with Matt, and he found no issue with it. He tuned it and ran it on one of his GXIIs w/o any issue. USPS takes their happy a*s time with stuff these days- I've got 3 pallets of GXIIs, GX-5R combos, and parts for both sitting in LAX customs since 5/18... so I feel your pain.

Hope fully it will turn up this week.

Trey,

When are you going to be around? I know you're about to head out to Cali. I want to meet up at the track one day and take one of your motors for a spin. It's about time for me to order a new motor and I really want to try one of the new Go motors out, I'm hearing and reading great things about it.

Thanks man, but I'm in Texas. I live close to Trey and race with him, so trying to catch him at home. I would love to make it to the nats, but thats not going to happen. Good luck out there.
