I count 5 ports above the piston at BDC..so by standard measurement it is a 5 port ! or to be proper a 5+3

I seem to recall this discussion coming up a few months ago. The guy that designed it and had it produced calls it a 6 port, others call it a 5 port. Guess it's just a matter of interpretation ?
All I know is it goes like a rocket !!

must be a Go engine thing then............they call a standard 5 port their "7 port".....so we can call the MG a 6 port if it makes people happy !... I am more of a fact and technical person..so when I am asked I count the actual ports........ either way its all cool !

LOL! Not living large I just focus on my one vehicle. Although Zach's Slash I guess counts against me since I keep that going for him. The only reason I even bought one was the guy was switching brands of motors and he sold it dirt cheap and I mean dirt cheap. I just happen to see it for sale and jumped on it. Once it is broken in my GX-5R will be my back up.
