I am offering a few different options with mods or break in. Pretty exciting to offer a quality modded motor under $200.00! Although I mod motors the Argus should have enough power to win at any level in stock form.

Here is a link to my prices. http://www.rctech.net/forum/offroad-...ml#post8479411

Engines should be in end of the week or begining of next week. Engine & Pipe combo is listed on our site also , it saves you $20 from buying them seperate.

At the beginning we are going to just run it stock, see if it does need anything. That and find the best pipe setup.

If it needs anything as far as power or mielage, that's when we call Sexy Rexy in!

LOL...is was gonna suggest trying it stock first. We have been very pleased with power and mileage. We only have so many pipes to try, so I would like for you to keep us posted on what you determine with the pipes you try. I still think the 801 is going to be a great all around pipe, but perhaps can get more power and mileage from others.

Rex is getting me an 801, but I have a few to try. The O'donnell R2 pipe is a pretty stout, all around pipe, and my "swiss army knife" pipe, the AE 2035.

IMHO 2081 is better in Alphas than the 2072

We have not tried either of these pipes. Let us know how each performs.

Or the RC Pro Products glow plugs! Also less expensive than the OS.

Yes, I have always used P3 or P4 for everything. The four of us switched up to the RC Pro plugs when we started testing the Argus Engines.

We have not had any issues at all with them and the price is awesome. I currently have almost 2 gallons on one plug. I switched out my first plug at approx one gallon. It did not need one, but I thought it did....just forgot to feel the buggy up with fuel. LOL

Another racer that just switched from Werks to Argus engines also tried them last weekend. He said that they looked very similar to his Werks plugs.
