I'm honestly not a werks fan but i cannot deny what i've seen. I'm not sure how well it will work on a slick track though, lol. Very nasty.

You still need to see one of my JPX .21's run...The B5 is pretty wild, but the JPX is something that really needs to be seen to be understood....

I drove a CEO modded JPX for awhile until I blew it up. It was great at popping the beads off the wheels and spinning tires coming out of the corners, but overall I would not call that a desirable race engine.

Wise man! That's the problem I have with all these "which is better" type deals. It always comes down to which one has the most power. Truth is we can hardly use the power that most of these engines make in the first place. If I had the choice of owning the most powerful engine on the planet or a more moderate, smooth engine, it would be the smooth one for me every time.:nod:

How about you dyno the engine and post the graph. If it is capable of 2.3hp and rev to 45,000rpm minimum untill then the claims you make are false.

IDK about you but I drive my rc's like I stole them. I use every bit of power they put out. Two jumps back to back and one spaced out. Most go for the double. I'm shooting for the tripple. Thats what the higher ups are made for. Don't say the power is'n needed just come clean and say you can't harnest it.

I've thought about and I can agree with this post. Murman mods are not impresive to me at all. Get the whole Kangaroo engine and compare that. EB mods engine was it ported and polished?

In most cases it is not needed. This isn't On-road. We usually don't have enough traction to efficiently use all of the power.;)

I agree Monty, Bon Bon's are good.:nod::D

When my engine outperforms my ability to drive, setup, and tune, I've wasted my hard-earned money. Personally, I know my abilities and I know that a "top shelf" engine won't make me better until my other skills are up to par.

The wisest choice I could make for my abilities and seriousness is a HES Tuned N21R Limited with a recommended pipe set that'll tame the bottom and stretch it's legs. It'll last forever and perform great even if I screw up the tune (you can't say that about many other engines). I can even gear it up if I think I'm losing in the straights (because that's where we win and lose races, right?). That's not a plug for Monty...that's just straight up thinking and matching my engine to my abilities without pissin in the wind. Am I gonna be wise? Iono...maybe, maybe not.

K back to the show. What did I miss? Oh crap...sorry fellas, forgot the kettle corn and raisinettes. I ate the Bon Bons on the way... They were melting. I HAD TO! :D
