Yep
Buggy 2090 then 2058
Truggy any of the ones listed above are good. The 2090 is a little better on controllability.
2058 is the loudest.

Thank you for your answers.
I looked at what I could get in France (I am French ) and it has pretty bad. The exhaust pipe 2058 and 2090 are only available with exhaust manifold. The 2058 is provided for engines Orion/Nvision and the 2090 before Alpha engine.
It seems to me that the OS engine need specific exhaust manifold. This means that I have to buy a specific OS exhaust manifold more or those available with both exhaust pipe are compatible with my OS ?
Thank you for your help and excuse my modest mastery of your language.

@trazom:
it's my impression that all engine manufacturers use the same style exhaust output, except Picco (who also make Reds, Vox, Xceed and probably others?) who have a downward angled one.

Hence the manifold included with the pipe should fit.

Default Re-Tuning Advice

I just changed the carb verturi in my OS. .19 Speed from a 7mm to a 6mm and was wondering if anyone has any starting needle settings for this engine with the 6mm venturi?

Thank you for your help.
I thought the OS engines had a type of exhaust manifold different from other engines.
I'll definitely take a 2090.
Thank you again.

Less air = less fuel so lean it out an hour or 2 and you should be good.

Yes it makes the xz engine into a slow pile of well you know what. You can use the 2050 square header on the 2090 pipe if desired. That yeilds good results but the 2050 pipe does not let the xz shine.

Since you are in Europe, you should have no problems getting your hands on a Mielke/RMV efra 2041 exhaust.
This exhaust is very cheap in Europe, check www.ebay.de and will give you a lot off performance and very good fuel consumption.
The 2090 pipe is not the Alpha efra 2090 pipe but, the OS 2090 (efra 2089) pipe !!
I myself use only de OS 2090 or the Mielke 2041 on all my OS based engines VZ-B and XZ-B, very similair performance, the OS 2090 gives a little bit more runtime, Mielke 2041 gives the XZB engine more power, but not by much.

Thanks Frank, that's what I figured. I just don't have time to re-tune it before Saturday and wanted to know if there were any tricks with this engine. Gonna have to box tune it that morning and fiddle with it during practice.

I actually like the 2090 pipe better on my Bullitt 218 .21 engine (which is exactly the same as the OS Speed) than the 2041 pipe from Reckward. Power delivery is smoother and more linear with the 2090, but with the 2041, the engine has insane top end power and speed. I'll let you know if I decide to finally sell the 2041.

would your opinion be the L or square header is beneficial for top end?..

im anxious to try the L manifold with my 2041 but am afraid its gonna give up alot of bottom and lose some smoothness...
