The block is definatly new. Looks like a .28 block to me. Carb looks the same but it works so well why change it. I already talked to my Team Terribles store and they are on it. They don't mess around so I know I will have one as soon as thy are avail.

OS is a Hobbico/Great Planes exclusive. Once they are available to Team Terribles, they will be available to all retailers.

True but a good hobbystore who caters to their customers goes the extra mile like the guys at Team Terribles do.

I agree. Who knows what's inside though. I do see a DLC crank on the speed version, but that's to be expected. The other one looks silver to me though.

That block is the same block that's been used in the Ninja engines for years. The only thing new about it is the logo and black coating on the speed version. And it is based off of the 28XZ block.
