If I'm reading that correctly, all you changed was the header?
The 41021 seems to drastically mellow out the engines....but not in a good way IMO. |
What do u think the price is gonna be for a clocked keep off 4?

Never mind. Found it on your site lol

Think I'm going to try the 9886/41001 combo.
I guess they don't make the 9886 in super strong? Also, has anyone done any testing with the 2013 pipe on Neil's P5? |

Just to see how it ran with them but I have been reluctant bc it runs so darn good with the 086 that i have on it now. Does anyone think those two pipes would be any improvement over the 086 pipe? |

If its Clocked the 9886/41001 is going to be the recommended combo....That combo works extremely well on my modifieds and gives a very full powerband bottom to top...And by limiting the throttle end point we can tailor the output to exactly fit the track conditions.....from mild and mellow all the way to screaming 7 port crushing banshee....

So I've got my Clocked P5 running perfectly now. With Neal's fuel and plug recommendations and discovering that my carb wasn't fully seated I now have a beautiful steady idle and an easy to drive yet balls out at the top end powerband. Crisp but not lean and great smoke at WOT. The thing that surprises me most is the ability to modulate the power. Coming from O.S., Alpha, Werks and some cheaper engines I've never had this much control over the power at the trigger. I was really worried it would be an on/off switch but compared to this CRE P5 everything else I've used seems like an on/off switch. I'm using O.S. P4 plugs and Byron's ProDriver 3000 (30/9) if anyone was wondering. Thanks so much Neal and John for your excellent service and truly amazing product. I can't wait to try my next CRE creation! |

That is awesome to hear my friend...... !!!!! Thanks to 2 years of continual development our 2013 engines should be smoother, faster, better on fuel, easier to tune, and even more reliable then our 2012 engines..... |

Now that I've experienced the kind of work Neal does I want to see what he's doing with the other engines. It is kind of addicting. I also wish I had a stock P5XLT to use as a comparison, that would be fun. |
