RcRenew.com engine resizing and epoxy crank re-filling
#2042
I have a picco boost I want to refresh , I don't know much about the engine other than it has about 6 gallons on it . What sort of crank / rod play is acceptable to really consider this a good investment ? IE.. I don't want to pinch and put bearings in a used motor that's going to need a rod in another gallon ... but I cant find factory specs to compare . Thanks

Crank pin on that should be no less than .194".
.193 is usable but not considered "good"

So I'm debating on sending you a motor to breakin or do your lapping service. Im going to a bigger race later this month and I'm going to be cutting it close on getting everything ready or I would break the motor in myself. I'm not sure which service would be the best for me. What do you suggest ? The motor is a brand new protek samurai.

All caught up and back to next day turnaround on services. I am busy these days year round so guys if you have a question please email or text me as I just don't have time to log in on here much these days. I apologize for the late PM replies.
