jackhammer 11-15-2010 09:54 AM

Hello

I think all novas are shimmed for 30% if it's a newer black case.

Those instructions are a bit old, but not a bad idea to use 25% in my opinion, just about everyone else uses 30%.

houston 11-17-2010 05:15 AM

No problem whatsoever using 30% fuel (byrons recommended) in all novarossi offroad engines .

Lmk if you want to purchase a p5xlt , I will do my best to make sure u are well informed and happy with your decision .

Happy motorin',
Monty

Question

Hi guys,

simple question... I have an old 21-5KT (busted rod/piston/sleeve). Just got a used Plus21-7KT. Can i just simply switch rod/piston/sleeve from Plus21-7KT to 21-5KT?

Thanks,

Btw , the answer is yes

Even though there are some crankcase porting differences it will work ;)
