anyone run the plus 21-4 with a losi re10 pipe? email with drake said the re12 is compatible and works well. just seeing what you guys thought!

Yes I have and it works well with the RE10 which is a low end power pipe but the RE12 which is a Nova 9901 works better IMO for a smooth power band and good mileage with Nova 4 ports. I use a RE12 on all my Novarossi engines instead of a Nova 9901 because the RE12 is much more durable for half of the price, also looks great on a Losi like mine. Good Luck!

thanks very much, nick...im going to use it and see if i like it since i already have one. but when i get some extra $$$ i will buy the re 12

stock vs stock the plus4 has better mileage than p5xlt all things being equal

It shows it at the bottom of the page. They are saying it is an 8 port motor based off the P5. I bet that thing would scream!!

i've built about 5 or 6 of them , excellent engine

i actually still have one or two plus 21-8T , thats more than likely nearly identical to this p8

its much dfrnt than the p5xlt , different case , different crank those two things make a HUGE difference

nice running engine , i'd say 9853ss/41021
