Not made to fit the novarossi engines. The OS plugs don't seat correctly and could damage the nova head button.

the os plug has a different taper and more than likely you will get a leak or stuff your head button, best to get the oddonnell 99t or 97t if nothing else available but the nova #6 is the best:nod:

Nova crank differences

Could Maximo or Houston please respond to this inquiry.

What is the physical difference in the 15009T and 15007T cranks? Timing? They look identical and use the same rear bearing size. They appear to be interchangeable with the naked eye.

What performance difference would you see using the 15007T over the 15009T?

Thanks!

Turbo head button

I've got a new Plus4 buggy engine, and want to swap to a turbo head button.

After looking at several engine specs, it looks like I can run the 28028 turbo head button with this engine? Will the stock Plus4 Buggy head fit on that button?

Or, what would be the proper turbo head button for the Plus4 Buggy and fit the stock head? 28002?

Thanks.

I'm a nitro newb, I just bought a 2 gallon
+.21-4c team, What Venturi should A newb be using?
It came with 5.5 through 8.0 in .5 increments? It had a 5.5 installed an I changed it to the 8.0, I just have no idea which I should be trying.
Thanks

Depends on track, driving style, and what kind of run times you need and want. I think (and use) the 6.5 as a good compromise

Thanks jnorwood, I'm just trying to tune the thing right now. It was way off but it's better now. So does putting a bigger Venturi lean it slightly since its adding more air?

Hi.

I actually tried to go from a 5,5 mm venturi to a 7,0 mm two days ago. I had to richen the HSN ½ to 3/4! You'll gain a lot more power with the bigger venturies :tire:

Yes it will lean it, so compensate by richining the HSN

Monty, quick question. I went to the long header from the short. I wanted some more bottom end since the track is more tighter and smaller. Now, all factors the same except the header, which way can I expect to adjust my tune? Just wondering, so I can forsee adjusting my needles if necessary. Thanks.
