You can also try the novarossi c7tgc. It's especially good in warmer weather. It will also give you a little better runtime than the c6tgc.

You will see good power all around, especially on bottom. Depending on the carb insert, expect between 7-8minutes runtime at those temps.

6.5mm restrictor..8 mins tops?
I prefer the 9901, or 2096. They get better runtime. They also make smoother power for a buggy. |
Anyone have a 2096 or 2084 pipe for sale? Don't need headers, pipe only will do.

Hello guys, I was wondering what's a nice motor and pipe combo that can easily do 10-11 mins runtime? I've seen other brands that can but I really want to get a nova motor. :sneaky: Thanks!

Other nova based engines accomplish similar results:nod: |
Would the 2045 be good on a Beat B5 for truggy and buggy?
|
I have a Murnan modified btt with a
Werks 2057 pipe. Does the nova pipes Get better run time than the werks? I was getting 11min a tank on losi with Losi re12 pipe and went to mbx7 and Werks pipe and my run time is 9:30- 10:15 . I am trying to find out a combo To get over 10min on the Mugen. Thanks For any help. |

Novarossi and pipes?
You should really try a EFRA 2032 pipe!!! I ran that pipe with a 41001 header on my old Plus4 Team engine at a indoor race here in Denmark this weekend. The track had low grip and no need for tons of bottom, so I'm not sure of the torque of the pipe. On the straight: OH MY. The engine was really on the pipe and "sang" so sweet with "endless" RPM. Really impressed!... And the best part: Mileage!!!! I've never been able to run more than 9:30 with that engine (with 9901 pipe and 5,5 mm venturi) in warm weather and 9 min on this track last year. At this coooold race (0 - 2ºC) I went +11 min with a 7 mm venturi. Only one driver pitted at 9 min in the final and all the others between 7 and 7:30... I pitted at 10... ;) I dont know how much an impact the venturi change has done to the mileage (from 5,5 to 7 mm) but I'm sure the pipe had a big possitive effect on the result. Downside: My EDIT 2032 is SOOOOO thin! Had to fix the stinger a few times - and that was without any big crashes... Would be nice with an original Crono SS pipe... ;) ... Edit: and of course with an O'Donnell 77T plug :) |

Go with the 2096/41021 combo. This with the nova c7tgc glowplug will get you in the 11+ minute range.
How's the power? What temp are you running the engine? Phone a minute ago. U think I should run the C7tgc plug at nitro blast? I'll get that 2096/41021 Combo from u down at pnb. |
Hei Bjarne :-)
Nice to see how your experience was. Finally someone taking a good advice:-). I know i am not one of thoose bigshot engine tuners, but still i have tinkered a little with theese small little wonders. Hope you had a great race :)) Now, if just Joe would get his thumb out his a.. And get thoose Lucky7 engines!!! LOL Afteri have tested thelucky 7 engines, i know if i will get the 2032 pipes on a regular basis. If you would like me to order some for you, just let me know and i will help you out. |

Plus 4 btt , 2096ss/41021 is a 6mm carb restrictor too small for a buggy? oh, and is there any difference with the plus4-btt and the plus4-bttwc except for the label on the cooling head? Thanks again!

With the new KO 21-4 design , I would assume this engine is capable of 10-13 min runtime AVG(relative to track conditions) with 2096/41021......in buggy.

Hi, i'm getting the mbx7, have a 6 now, and i'm using a nova toro nero engine and a pipe and header combo for the 6(sorry forgot the model and can't read it on the pipe anymore) which is a narrower manifold for mugens. Just wanna ask is it a straight transfer(engine and pipe combo) from the 6 to the 7? Or the 7 chassis is wider and i'll have to get another manifold to fit into the 7?
Thanks a lot for any help i can get. |

Hey guys! Whats the difference between a plus21-4btt and a plus21-4bttwc? Is it just the design on the cooling head? Thanks!
