Package arrived today and 1st inspection complete. Very light liner scratches will come out just fine, and a ""LIGHT" tightness as requested.

Package arrived also, and. Broken "G" clip removed, along with repairs the machined clip surfaces started. Wrist pin can be R+R'ed now without difficulty. I'll need to put a little ore time into this one before getting too excieted . LOL

I had a nephews graduation party to go to. I wanted to be there trust me. I will be at the next one! HOpefully if you have time you can come to our shoot out at Jerry's RC Raceway in Ithaca on the 31st of July. Going to be a good time.

this was my first experience with RayARacing (and my first experience with rebuilding a nitro motor). I had all the concerns going in.. will it work.. how long will it take.. when can I get back on the track..etc. He was prompt and professional with his services, when I called him he called me right back, he told me when he got the packages and when it was sent out. Once I received the PS it was neatly wrapped in a plastic ziplock along with the notes. I called him because I had a concern about the blackening on the top of the piston head (which he cleaned completely), he was obviously very busy at the time and picked up the phone, I insisted that I call back at a later time, regardless of that he stayed on the phone and patiently answered all my questions and thanked me.

This is how you run a business! I am now certain my engine will be singing in no time, this is a great service for the hobby! I wish you all the success.

You see there everybody. That's why I send all my p&s work
to RayA. The man's a perfectionist when it comes to prepping
a p&s, before resizing it. What may look perfectly fine to the
naked eye, may not be good enough for the man who wants
to make sure you get top quality service.

I spend a great deal of time inspecting and improving surface finish conditions, preping for the resize. Keep me posted on performance and overall longevity , once engine is back from modding and you have have a gallon or so track time on it. I like the way RB's resize, and I feel yours came out extra nice!!

I guess some things never change. Reading this last page almost makes me wanna go lean out my engine so I can send it in. Well, not really, but you get the drift.

I still have my O.S. and Nova Rossi mills running strong that Ray revived for me last season. Top notch work and customer service! I'm a customer for life!

Package arrived yesturday , serviced this morning both plus 4's"Light-Med" tight. , return ships first thing tomorrow morning. Surface finish conditions looked very good. New designed fit should perform very nice with a minimal re-breakin, 4 or 5 tanks easy on the ground , then balls to the wall.
