Ray,

Got my last sleeve did my normal break in using the heat method works the best for me all my engines last super long.

Engine started on the 1st try finished my cycles started my race tune and wow this thing ROCKS. At full throttle after letting off the idle it drops to a ultimate steady low instantaneously.

Compression is awesome passed 3/4 gallon thus far.

Thanks

Jason,
If this feedback on the last new version OS Speed I serviced, great! As noted on the invoice there were surface finish issues that I rated the received conditions not so good. My process' improving surface finish conditions does have its limitations. I return shipped a set to a guy last week UNSERVICABLE, as liner scratches inspected were worn thru to sleeve base. And I do test the borderline conditions myself just to be reminded the difference #### and shinoa.
none the less, over 50% the piston+sleeve sets I see require attention to improving surface finishes, otherwise seal would not be of quality I pride myself providing my customers. The polished up cleaned up great cosmetic appereance my work is not for GLEEEEM....Accuracy is allways the method my madness

Thanks again Jason!! I appreciate your buisness.

Kind regards,

RayAracing

Default building resizing tooling this week thru next week. Victor shipped today

Mike

Your package arrived yesterday. 1 of 9 sets rejected due to deep scratches piston sealing surface. The liner scratches would have honed out fine, maintaining the case fit available tolerance after resizing BUT after removing those deep scratches NOT. Refund in package for set not serviced.
Set #7 inspected out of round. Spent some time abusing the alloy molecules tweaking them back and forth until they finally gave up , settled in a uniform state, allowing me a win . LOL see notes on invoice.
Return shipped usps priority mail. Check your emials for tracking.

Forcasted break in weather (well over rainfall average this year) looks like Wensday we do the site work for shop addition.

Thanks as always for the continued support. Each and every piston+sleeve set sent here is handled with precision and detail I have great pride in providing you racers.
Thank You!!!

Have a fun but safe memorial day weekend you guys in the states.

And good luck to Monty Houston, Fusion Engines, and the rest you guys racing the Nationals in southern Cal next week.

Default email from Niels with around 50 sets serviced these past 3 or so years

Hey my friend
"Our" engines came in 3rd and 5th out of 66 cars -1/8 nitro buggies at this week-ends part of the Danish Championship. At the same race, 4 Novarossi´s, 2 OS WC and 1 BP engine had a fast death due to high humidy / low temperature.
So i was really bussy with a total of 6 engines to keep my eyes on - 4 of them with your re-sized sleeves. So we really got "RayAracing" on everybodies lips this week-end :-)
One of the below sleeves belong to the 2009 Danish Chamipion..and he is even sponsored with engines - but he likes the thought of the small amount of time to be spent, at the breaking in of the engine..
I am sending you the following sets - as express airmail - since they are urgent...a bit more urgent than normal:
1 pc Ninja MR 21 <bo1
1 pc HPI .21 black head
1 pc RB .21 Rally
1 pc RB .21 WS7 II
1 pc RB .21 S9
All the usual "medium fit" - with your loving care, attention and beautifull craftmanship.
Tks buddy and have a nice week-end - when you get there !
Niels

I'm done with shop addition site work (took 2 days tractor work as also need improving around existing building and widing my 200' driveway.

Tomorrow thru next weekend I will be between my shop recondition-resizing , and the tool+die shop building resizing tooling. Please feel free to call/text/email with any questions.

kind regards,

Ray

Thumbs up Great racing weather again here in Western New York

The weather has been cooperating thus far here in Western New York. Another great race weekend under our belt, with more to boot.

We raced our home track this past Saturday, Gleenwood RC at Holland Raceway. Rained a bit durring the qualifiers but not enough to ruin the track for the mains. Actualy, seatled into a very very nice surface , again. Lots a great racin by all there that would make for a very lengthy list for deserved mentions. But Tim B. has impressed me most, hangin with me since last year and now in his second year, again did some impressive driving thru the entire day qualifying 5th and placing 2nd in the Truggy A main. Nice Tim Last weekend we raced Hardcore in Canada, where he qualified 5th and placed 5th in the A main. Tim is running same Novarossi P5 he ran STOCK most of last season. Durring the winter nitro off months I reconditioned-resized Piston+sleeve set with a light-med tight resizing, and Mark at PowerHouse RC Performance modded the mill. Over 4 gallons last year, and over 3 more this season pushes the engine close to the 8 gallon mark. Sweeeet

Gavin,
Your corsa 5.0R piston+sleeve set was inspected with no unmanagable issues. Light Liner scratches removed. Please note durring rebreakin temps will show same charactoristics as with new engine breakin, start on the cool side and climb after a few tanks. Package return shipped to Queensland mate

Gary,
Set #3 (Go Tech Mg66) was unservicable due to sleeve liner damage. The other sets light liner scratches honed out well, clearance and surface finish conditions resulting a very nice seal now. Paypal refund for set unserviced and return shipped this morning.

A few others shipped this morning but enough typing for now, LOL

Thank you guys and keep the packages coming while the turnaround is especialy good now.

Any questions call/text/email me
