Super fast campletely stock shelf bought motor. This motor guided me to a 6th place A-Main.....I have already put about two gallons thru it and it is still very tight....incredible.
They were also clocking cars down the straight at one time and I was told this motor pushed my car to 62.7 mph second fastest among tourings....and this motor is stock.

I used 7 plug .....head clearance set 20 tousandths...temps got to around 250-260......you basically ran exactly what I ran...unless your head clearance was off...also remeber the car has alot to do with fuel mileage...the smoother your drivetrain is the faster you will go and the more mileage you will get
Dave whats your last name....so we can formally meet...
Hope this helps

My name is David Ribeiro. I believe you spoke to one of my fellow Canadian racers up on the driver's stand at the beginning of the B Main. (Santino Nemi)
Wally, I ran the Skyline VR12+. I tried the Novarossi 2630 but the motor lost too much bottom end for my liking. But I'm not worried about Fastcats, I'll make runtime there easily.

Try with shorter gear ratios. Many times too.. fuel mileage is a 'Digital' problem, so watch out your finger mashing the throttle too.

Bull wuz up mon.....hope all is well down there ....give all the fellas a shout out
Bull you gotta make sure your clutch is set properly, try running a seven plug, also you might want to try and run 20 tousandths clearance, also lowering your nitro content will give you more run time....I ran 25 percent at the Glc and the motor was very fast and I made time....also bull remeber how free my car was when you saw it that also helps with getting run time....hope this all helps..Robert Maestrey

Not true nova rossi 2630 works great with the Sirio evo3 I used it at the Glc
tons of bottom.....and car was clocked second fastest down straight.....this pipe also lowers temp on motor....
since it lowers temp...this allows you to lean it a little more getting that valuable run time..
